Film Back Le Retour du Fils - a film by Rares Ienasoaie (engl. „The Return of the Son“, dt. „Die Rückkehr des Sohnes“) Synopsis (english) Something has happened. Something that makes the son flee from the happened event as well as from his guilt. In slow pictures of poetic dark landscapes which give the film its general mood the “after” of a tragic event is traced. Step by step the film reveals that a return doesn’t always mean a return to beloved persons. “The Return of the Son” came into being within the scope of the Université Paris VIII, subject "Direction" under Henry Sève. Synopsis (français) Quelque chose s’est passé. Quelque chose de grave, qui fait fuir le fils du passé ainsi que de sa culpabilité. Dans des plans lents montrant des paysages sombres qui donnent au film une ambiance poétique, cet „après“ est retracé pas à pas. Or, il se révélera peu après qu’un retour ne signifie pas directement un retour aux personnes bien-aimées. „Le Retour du Fils“ a été conçu dans le cadre du cours de réalisation sous la direction de Henry Sève à l’Université Paris VIII. Synopsis (deutsch) Etwas ist geschehen. Etwas, das den Sohn fliehen lässt vor dem Geschehenen sowie vor seiner Schuld an eben jenem. In langsamen Bildern einer poetisch düsteren Landschaft, die dem Film seine Grundstimmung gibt, wird das „Danach“ eines tragischen Ereignisses eingefangen.
